On the 20th of December the Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelisation announced that Rev. Fr. Wellington Ncedo Siwundla, till now the Liturgy Father and the Head of Pastoral Department at St John
Vianney Seminary, has been appointed as the New Rector of St John Vianney Seminary, Pretoria.

The Very Reverent Fr Siwundla joined the National Seminary stuff first 2010 as a formator and in 2012 went for further studies in Rome. He rejoined the seminary in 2015 rejoined the seminary. On the 1st of December he celebrated 15 years as a priest. Fr. Siwundla is from the Diocese of Mthatha, under Bishop Sithembele Sipuka, the current president of the SACBC.

his work in this important service.
