God enters our world as one of us, as the son of Mary. The coming of the divine son also places Mary under the shadow of the cross; Simeon told Mary a sword shall pierce your own soul too. There is in the world much suffering today. We learn from Mary to day close to Jesus who was abandoned and forsaken.
“The Lord said, as he entered the world: Behold, I come to do your will, O God.” (Cf. Heb 10, 5,7)
