Archbishop Mpambani to Men at Daswa Pilgrimage: “God is a loving Father”

In his homily during the annual pilgrimage in memory of South African Martyr Blessed Tshimangadzo Samuel Benedict Daswa, Archbishop Zolile Peter Mpambani focused on God the “loving father.”

The Liaison Bishop for Formation, Life, and Apostolate of The Laity of the Southern African Catholic Bishops Conference (SACBC) said as people of God “we believe that God is a loving Father because we believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that therefore what he says about God is true.”

Archbishop Mpambani encouraged the male pilgrims from Botswana, Eswatini, and South Africa to put their trust in God in all they do as God “knows and he can do everything.”
