01 May Rosary from Our Lady of Walsingham Shrine, England

Tonight’s rosary for the end to the pandemic will be prayed from Our Lady of Walsingham, England.

The intention for this rosary is for all the faithful departed.

The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, known as “England’s Nazareth”, is an Anglican and Catholic shrine to the Virgin Mary in rural Norfolk, England. It was founded in the 11th century after a local noble woman had a vision of the Virgin Mary and became a very popular medieval pilgrimage destination.

Suppresed at the English Reformation, the Shrine was revived in the early 20th century and once again attracts many pilgrims.
